  • House Sunday Skin operates on a by-appointment-only basis. There is no waiting room in the premise. All appointments are booked online through Cojilio, which require you to create an account and reserve with a deposit. This guarantees that our clients value and respect our time together. Once your appointment is set, you will receive an email confirmation. A confirmation text will be sent to your mobile phone shortly before your appointment.

  • All new clients are required to complete a consultation form sent through Cojilio. When you book your appointment, you will receive a notification via email to complete this online form. By providing more information beforehand, this will help ensure a more thorough and effective treatment plan. We ask that you complete the consultation truthfully, outlining your overall medical history. All information is held in strictest confidence. Additional time will be allotted to your first visit if you have not been able to complete the online consultation form.

  • For clients under 19 years of age, we require one parental or legal guardian to be present during the consultation and treatments. We also require the consent and approval from both the legal guardian and minor in order to proceed with the treatment. In other words, we prefer that the visit is met with the right intentions and no one is receiving treatments against their will.

  • Though we understand life happens and emergencies are beyond your control, we have policies in effect. You are welcome to access your account via Cojilio to make changes to your booking at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Should you miss your visit without proper notification or cancel within the 48 hour timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited as it will be served as the no-show/cancellation fee. This charge does not count as a deposit to future appointments or toward retail.

    House Sunday Skin reserves the right to require full pre-payment of future appointments after two consecutive missed appointments. Please call/text 647-564-5626 if you need to reschedule within the 48hr timeframe before your appointment.

    Should your service provider experience an emergency and need to reschedule/cancel your appointment within the 48hr window, your deposit will still be valid for the rescheduled appointment (with a special complimentary add-on) or refunded at the original source of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days to process any refund. Thank you.

  • Late clients lead to shortened treatment times. This affects another client that has a scheduled appointment following yours. We do not wish to rush your service, however, if you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. If you know you are going to be late, please call/text 647-564-5626 to see if you can be accommodated and we can make arrangements. In turn, if your skin therapist is running behind schedule, you will be immediately contacted at the first moment.

  • We ensure to provide a safe and healthy environment for all our clients and staff. Sanitation and sterilization are consistently top priorities here at House Sunday Skin. If you are sick and unwell, please contact us directly and we can make arrangements. We ask to reschedule your appointment if you are sick. As courtesy, your deposit will be considered at your future appointment to avoid penalty. House Sunday Skin reserves the right to request full pre-payment of your appointment for future bookings after two consecutive missed appointments.

  • Sanitation and infection control are of high focus here at House Sunday Skin. We use hospital grade and Health Canada authorized products to thoroughly clean and disinfect all areas, surfaces and equipment in the treatment room; in between appointments as well as the beginning and ending parts of the day. Any single-use products and tools are safely discarded in respective disposal containers. All equipment used are meticulously disinfected.

    An allotted time of 30 minutes is spent cleaning between clients. Appropriate PPE will be also worn by your treatment provider. A deeply sanitized and clean set of linens will always be used for each client. No linens will be reused.

  • House Sunday Skin will not assume responsibility for any lost or misplaced items. We have one designated section in the treatment room where you may safely leave your personal belongings during your treatment. Please remember to take your items with you before you leave.

  • We accept Interac Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Cash. For security, we do not keep cash in the clinic to provide change, so please ensure you have the exact amount of cash if this is your preferred method of payment. Taxes and gratuities are not included in prices. Gratuities are at your discretion and are well appreciated.

  • Prepaid packages are per person (no sharing) and are non-refundable and non-transferrable due to exclusive pricing. They expire one year from purchase date (6 months for clients on ProCell package or DMK package).

    For prepaid appointments, deposits are not required, however a 48 hour notice is is needed if you need to reschedule. You are welcome to make any changes on Cojilio. If changes need to be made within 48hrs, please call/text 647-564-5626. Thank you.

  • Product purchases made via online shop or email can be picked up at the studio at an agreed time by appointment.

    We provide complimentary Canada-wide XPresspost shipping if your total single purchase before taxes and shipping is $150.00 CAD or over (per single transaction).

    If your total purchase before taxes and shipping is below $150.00 CAD, XPresspost shipping cost of $25.00 will be added.

    Please also see return and exchange policy. We are not held liable for shipping costs if you wish to return or exchange your purchase.

  • For Single Treatments: All treatments are final sale and non-refundable.

    For Prepaid Treatment Packages and Current Promotions: We are unable to refund payment of treatment packages once it has been purchased as these are non-transferrable due to special pricing. However, in unique circumstances, we will provide a credit of equal value for future use on other treatment(s). Credit does not apply to retail products.

    For Retail Products purchased in clinic or online: All retail home care products purchased are final sale. For any allergic reactions to products, please get in touch with your skin therapist at info@housesunday.ca, and provide photos and details of your reaction within the first 7 days of using the products. We will carefully assess your reaction and provide solutions to calm any inflammation. If needed, we may exchange your product for another product of equal or lesser value.

  • For every $1 spent on services and products, you earn 1 loyalty point via Cojilio. Points amount collected are valued net of discounts and gift voucher redemption, and before taxes and gratuities.

    Loyalty points can be redeemed in increments of 500 or 1,000 points at one time. Once loyalty points are redeemed, your points balance is adjusted. Loyalty points are per client and cannot be shared. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash, gift voucher purchases or treatment packages. Loyalty points can be collected via purchases on services, products, gift vouchers, promotions and referrals upon first completed treatment (Referral program)
