Shipping & Pickup
Orders are processed in approximately 3–5 business days. No shipping on holidays, so customers need to factor in a little extra time for product arrival.
Shipping: Via Xpresspost or another reliable carrier, Canada-only. Free on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes/discounts), otherwise $18 + HST. Customers will receive tracking number once order is shipped.
Pickup: In-studio pickups also take approximately 3–5 business days. Wait for notification before dropping by — patience pays off!
Responsibility: Once shipped, packages are on their own little adventure. The shop is not responsible for lost shipments, carrier delays, or typos in addresses.
Returns & Refunds
All skincare purchases are final sale.
The shop is not responsible for products damaged during shipping. If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact the carrier to file a claim and keep all packaging and damaged items until the claim is processed
